Bower was a truly boutique development consisting of just six luxury apartments, located by the ocean on iconic Bower Street, Manly. Designed by Koichi Takada Architects with interiors by Mim Design, these residences represented the pinnacle of luxury living, so the campaign needed to resonate with a very niche market. We had to create a brand that was the embodiment of elegance and sophistication, whilst also promoting the CostaFox Developments brand, as this was their inaugural project.

The name Bower was used to reference the iconic location and we included ‘By CostaFox’ in the logo to ensure that the developer brand was ever present. We commissioned a series of spectacular photographs of the Manly area and created a marketing kit that included a 60 page brochure and A2 plans enclosed in a custom tube. A comprehensive suite of renders were commissioned to highlight every beautiful detail of these luxurious residences.
