The brief for Parc Vue was to bring a touch of Fitzroy to Bundoora. The development’s location being close to both LaTrobe and RMIT Universities meant that the client wanted to target a younger market who would connect with a bright, vibrant lifestyle offering.

To convey that feeling, whilst remaining true to the Bundoora vibe, we established a visual style that mashed up illustration and typography to create eye-catching statements. These illustrations provided great contrast against the more traditional elements of the brand, giving it a depth and intrigue that really resonated.
