The Newbury was a premium development located just north of Melbourne’s CBD in the suburb of Preston. It was a development that offered so much. High quality apartments, extensive resident facilities and a highly desirable location surrounded by a wealth of established amenity. All we needed to do was create a brand that would do it justice.

Influenced by the unique personality of Melbourne’s inner northern suburbs, we created a visual style for The Newbury that combined a premium look with a touch of left field uniqueness in the form of illustration. The result was a campaign that conveyed all the best aspects of apartment living in Preston in a manner that was engaging and thoroughly individual.
