tomorrow Wins CostaFox’s New Luxury Rippleside Project

We’re thrilled to announce we have been appointed to the creative account of CostaFox’s Rippleside project, which will see the historic site revitalized into a collection of luxurious residences.

The waterfront site, about 2.5km north of the Geelong CBD, houses the historic Stella Maris Convent, formerly known as St Helens mansion when it was built in 1849.

“The Stella Maris mansion will be retained, restored, renovated and extended sympathetically and will be a feature of the development with commanding views,” Michael Fox, Director of CostaFox, says.

New apartments, townhomes and resident amenity will be added to the site, amongst some spectacular landscaping. The project is expected to contain approximately 50 dwellings with a market value of around $100 million.

According to CostaFox, the development will be ‘a luxury project the like of which Geelong has not seen before’.
