Launching into the rest of 2019

The second half of the year is shaping up to be a really exciting time for the agency, with a host of projects we’ve spent months working on, set to hit the market.

In addition to the Salvo Property Group job we mentioned previously, we have The Hawthorne, a collection of luxurious apartments located opposite Xavier College, launching in July. A collaboration between tech giant Hisense, Catt Architects and local artist Greg Mallyon, the residences are truly one of a kind and should generate strong interest.

On the land front, we have new estates in Tarneit, Bacchus Marsh and Sunbury that are all targeting launches in late 2019.

Up in our Brisbane office, we’ve been working with DiMarco Property Group on a beautiful, boutique apartment offering on Amersham Street, West End. A traditional spring launch is in the works for the project, taking full advantage of the spectacular Queensland weather.
