Our Fastest-Selling Launch: Queen’s Wharf Tower

10th June, 2022

Over the last several months we’ve been busily working away on the creative account of Queen’s Wharf Tower, the latest residential offering in the $3.6 billion Queen’s Wharf Precinct.

The campaign launched in March and the level of interest was truly exceptional, even catching sales agents and project marketing experts, YPM Group, by surprise.

“During my 20 years in property, I’ve never experienced such overwhelming demand. We’re gob-smacked. It is a testament to the quality of both the greater precinct and to a building finished to an immensely high quality with a real focus on luxury and lifestyle,” Bryce O’Connor, Director at YPM Group, said.

Nearly 740 apartments were sold in the first four weeks – that’s 90% of the tower – with our campaign drawing in over 7000 leads during that period. It’s already onto its final release: 3 bedroom apartments from $2.95m that reside on levels 49 to 70 of the tower, with breathtaking views and access to exclusive amenity.

The developer of Queen’s Wharf Tower, Far East Consortium, has been delighted with the campaign.

“We appointed tomorrow agency after seeing their strategic approach to the development campaign; they had thought of every angle,” Lauren Sheldon, Marketing Manager at Far East Consortium, said.

“Working under immense pressure, the team were able to execute and ultimately deliver collateral that contributed significantly to our successful launch.”

The tower is an integral element of Brisbane’s iconic Queen’s Wharf precinct, an integrated resort development that will house four new hotels, a casino, 50 new bars, restaurants and cafes, a new pedestrian bridge linking to South Bank and plenty of new public space.

It’s been a pleasure to work on one of Brisbane’s most high profile developments and know that we have contributed to ushering in the city’s exciting next chapter.
