Blackburn Quarter is a premium collection of beautifully designed townhomes situated in a convenient location on the cusp between Blackburn and Box Hill. The homes had been laid out to create a private residential enclave, aligning perfectly with the area’s reputation of serene, tree-lined streets. Their starting price point was sub-one million dollars, almost unheard of in the area, particularly for a brand new townhome.

Our job was to bring these key aspects of the project together and create a brand that felt aspirational, attainable, and distinctly different from the competitors in the market. By leveraging the low starting price we were able to create a narrative around value and quality that was incredibly compelling as it gave our audience hope that they could not only break into the market but do so in a brand new townhome without compromise.
