A boutique collection of apartments in the highly desirable suburb of Ivanhoe, the Cirqua apartments were a project that required us to exercise our skills in minimalism and refined design.

The unique circular façade of the building provided the inspiration for the name, whilst the stunning apartments themselves and their connection to the history of the area, became the focal point of the campaign. This was because we were targeting local owner occupiers who were already very familiar with the neighbourhood.

We produced a sophisticated, refined suite of collateral and a stunning sales suite, all translating into the development selling out in excellent time.
