Located in South Kingsville in Melbourne’s west, Kings Lane is a boutique collection of townhomes, with a focus on striking architectural design, sustainability, and connected, convenient living.

As much as our brand concept was about the Kings Lane residences, we identified very early on that there would also need to be an education piece on the location. We worked a story into our branding, using headlines like “Just west of the city. North of the bay. In the heart of it all” to speak to the location and point out some of the benefits it offered.

We also sought to embrace the “under the radar” nature of South Kingsville, positioning it as exclusive and boutique, ensuring it felt like a place people would aspire to call home. Scarcity breeds desire and we wanted to ensure that Kings Lane, South Kingsville would be a highly sought-after address.
