Recent wins

We are very excited to announce that we have recently been appointed to Akron Property Group’s new land development in Tarneit, working along sales agent RPM Real Estate Group, after a competitive pitch.

The development will come to market early in 2019 and is set to be a landmark undertaking in the Wyndham region. We can’t wait to share the concept we’re developing for them.

Whilst we bring the Tarneit development to life, we will also be refreshing the Akron Property Group corporate identity, which should launch at the same time.

Works are also underway on a new luxury apartment development we have been awarded in Barkers Road, Hawthorn for Montezuma and Hisense Group. A collaboration between the highly regarded Catt Architects and Australian artist Greg Mallyon, the building promises to be something truly unique. It is likely to come to market around Easter 2019.

Our Brisbane office has recently been appointed by the DiMarco Group and TG Development to handle the branding for their upcoming development in West End. We look forward to crafting an identity that will capture their ambitious vision.

Our commercial real estate division has been boosted by the arrival of Gross Waddell. We will officially begin working with this industry leading brand in 2019.
