The Sunshine state’s hidden gem

As part of the tomorrow foray into the Queensland market, we pitched on and won, the Enclave project in Wynnum for DeMartini Fletcher and CBRE. A prime site located north of Brisbane, Enclave was one of our first full project launches in the Sunshine state and it really couldn’t have gone much better.
Looking to reach a mature target, Enclave adopted a classic, Hamptons style that perfectly summed up the premium, coastal lifestyle it offered. In collaboration with the client and CBRE we developed a full suite of collateral, as well as a comprehensive advertising strategy that perfectly connected the brand with the people we wanted to get to.
It was all about ensuring we created a journey for prospective purchasers to go on and making sure that the brand built a relationship with them along the way. Items like signage helped to build awareness within the local community, whilst press and digital media cast the net wider, driving enquiry to our website and ultimately into the display suite. From there the agents were able to do their thing and provide a high quality take home pack to each visitor, consisting of a marketing brochure and plans. We also implemented a re-targeting campaign to maximise leads from those who had visited our website but not registered.
Ultimately, this campaign proved to be a great success with Enclave generating high levels of enquiry which have translated into strong sales.
