388 William was a spectacular new office development located on the fringe of Melbourne’s CBD, opposite the magnificent Flagstaff Gardens. Architects Elenberg Fraser had created a truly striking design for the building that not only provided cutting edge office design, but also elegantly blurred the lines between the urban and natural environments.

In addition to the office space, the development was also set to include a 6 star hotel complex, with office tenants gaining access to a diverse range of the hotel’s premium amenity. This attribute elevated the offering far beyond what you might expect from a CBD office development and we were able to create a brand that really embraced a whole new perspective on work/life balance.
