Prominently positioned in Palm Beach on Queensland’s Gold Coast, Ocean House is a boutique collection of 8 ocean view residences that each span an entire floor of the development, offering panoramic views and a quintessential Queensland holiday lifestyle.

Ocean House sought to invite its audience to dive deeply into the lifestyle and quality it offered, in a manner reminiscent of the ocean itself, which was so important in defining it.

Seeking to embody the understated luxury of the residences, we chose a photography style of emotive minimalism. Light and shadow create a rich mood, while contrasting textures provide an almost tangible sense of depth. The overall aesthetic is light and airy, playing on soft pastel colours and natural textures that pay homage to its coastal surroundings.
