Arbory is a boutique collection of only 12 spectacular townhouses, secluded in a leafy pocket of Highett.

One of key objectives of the brief was that we didn’t want prospective purchasers to think that the 12 townhouses were going to be in each other’s pockets, when in reality they would have ample space and feel private and refined.

To do this, we chose to focus on the fact that Highett was a very leafy suburb with ample public parks nearby. We crafted a visual style that utilised several tones of green and natural patterns that contrasted beautifully against the stunning renders of the buildings, to ultimately paint a picture of an idyllic, connected, suburban lifestyle.
