Austin is a master-planned community in Lara, located on the Melbourne side of Geelong City. We wanted to create a brand that was premium, trustworthy, and stood out in the competitive Geelong corridor.

Named for a prominent historical landowner in the region, the Austin brand is composed of a sophisticated colour palette combined with organic textures to represent the landscape that defines the estate, along with the growth of this vibrant new community.
