Botanic was the second release/building at the already established Parc Vue development in Bundoora. Our approach to this release was quite different to the original one. During that original campaign, we were able to gain a lot of insight into the local and overseas markets and understand better who was most likely to purchase.

This information led us to change the visual style from bright and fun, targeting a young, local market, to become more refined and premium to appeal to the overseas investment market. The result was a suite of beautifully designed and positioned marketing collateral that assisted in streamlining the sales process and delivering sales in a far more efficient manner.
