As a collection of luxuriously appointed residences with lake and bay views, the branding for this project needed to convey a sense of prestige yet still appear attainable.

To help place the project in its highly desirable, inner-city South Melbourne location, we chose the names of the roads on which the development sits, with the letters interlocked within the logo to represent the intersection.

Finishing touches such as metallic foiling, embossing and elegant banding added a final touch of hand-crafted luxury to the project brochure.
