Located just north of Brisbane, and only a stone’s throw from the water, Enclave was a development that sought out a more mature purchaser, looking for a luxurious, private lifestyle on the coast. The development was comprised of apartments, terrace homes and townhouses across three buildings that were linked through a stunning raised boardwalk.

In developing the Enclave brand we took inspiration from the iconic Hamptons look and feel, and utilised a simple but powerful mix of blue, white and timber to deliver a crisp, modern interpretation of a classic seaside aesthetic.
