Revel Developments had the sole aim of creating a prestigious, luxury collection of apartments on their site in North Melbourne. Located opposite a park, the building was spectacularly designed with a beautiful reflective facade that would capture light and reflect the trees across the road, the crowning glory. They had already settled on the name Reflections and now wanted a premium brand that would reflect the quality of the product and location, but appeal to local owner occupiers, local investors and the overseas market.

From the very beginning we felt the need to create two campaigns rather than one. There needed to be a dedicated owner occupier campaign, but also an in depth investment campaign that would approach the brand from a less emotive, more factual viewpoint. For the owner occupiers we produced a 60 page, hard cover book that covered all aspects of the project, location and lifestyle, while for the investors we produced a 36 page dedicated investment brochure.
