Everley is a 1,900-lot master-planned community in Melbourne’s northwest, distinguished by its proximity to Sunbury’s historic town centre. It was a rare offering in the land estate market as it was a new neighbourhood that was connected to a wealth of existing amenity.

Our client knew they had a great product, but they needed a way to differentiate it from their competitors. Part of the design challenge was that we weren’t to use any colour, font or even word that was featured in a nearby campaign, to ensure we had a completely unique brand.

After trialling many concepts and combinations, we ultimately created a timeless, sophisticated brand that sought to tell the story of a community that would grow into the address of choice in the region and leave a legacy for generations to come.
