Keenan & Byrne represents a coming together of two highly regarded property experts – Tim Keenan and Fraser Byrne – to create a sales and advisory agency that will become the most trusted and respected in south-east Queensland.

We wanted the brand to symbolise the connection of two experts and their experience within their environment. We chose two elegant fonts for the logo, with subtle differences between ‘Keenan’ and ‘Byrne’ to visually represent the two individuals that made up this brand. We then paired this with a natural colour palette and vibrant imagery of natural textures, architecture, coastal locations and the team, to connect the brand with south-east Queensland and capitalise on the personal experience of Keenan and Byrne within their local industry.
