Situated on iconic Chapel Street, Royal Como was a tower of luxury apartments inspired by the romantic ideals of South Yarra living. It sought to epitomise the grandeur and exclusivity of the locale and reimagine it in a modern context.

The apartments at Royal Como were divided into two distinct levels; the Gallery Series for the bulk of the apartments and the Collectors Series for the ultra-luxurious penthouses. This distinction allowed us to create different looks and messaging for the products that spoke directly to their very different targets, thusly increasing the effectiveness of the overall campaign.
