Secluded above an exclusive new Adina hotel, The Summit represents prestigious hotel-style living. It is the third residential development in an existing family of brands that we have designed for Shayher Group: along with Victoria Tower and The Rook, The Summit will stand proud within the revitalised Pentridge precinct in Coburg.

We chose a regal emerald and bronze palette to distinguish The Summit as residences of prestige and to represent the heritage of Her Majesty’s prison. The crown motif reinforces this link, whilst also strengthening the connection to Shayher Group’s existing developments within the historical precinct.
