tomorrow Scores a Trifecta of Queensland Wins

15th December, 2021

The property market is booming in Brisbane and the Gold Coast, and at tomorrow we’ve had our own recent streak of success in Queensland with three big project wins.

The first is a 69-apartment development on Chevron Island, Gold Coast by Macquarie York and designed by Plus Architecture. We pitched a unique brand concept that we felt would stand out in the highly competitive local market, and we can’t wait to show you what we came up with when the project launches.

The second win was for a large scale, mixed-use development on Albert Avenue, Broadbeach, by development and hospitality group Iris Capital. Victoria & Albert comprises two spectacular residential towers with a range of stunning apartments, exclusive penthouses, exceptional private amenity, commercial offices and a vibrant retail arcade. The oceanside precinct will become a new Broadbeach landmark. We’re already well underway with works on this exciting brand and you can stay informed of all the latest updates by following Victoria & Albert’s Instagram page or visiting www.vabroadbeach.com.au.

Finally, we’re proud to announce that we have been awarded the creative account for Tower 5 at Brisbane’s iconic Queen’s Wharf development by Far East Consortium. The latest residential offering at this landmark project will be the tallest within the development, standing at 72 levels and encompassing 835 apartments, three levels of exclusive amenity and ground floor retail.

We’re truly excited by these wins and can’t wait to share what we have been working on in the new year!
