Balmoral Quay is a premium residential development located just north of Geelong in Rippleside, featuring exceptional amenity including Geelong’s first floating marina, a private park and man-made beach.

Balmoral Quay was an existing project when we came on board, but the developer approached us about refreshing the brand as they were about to release new product to market. There were three kinds of product that were being released at the same time: apartments, townhouses and waterfront townhouses. Our goal was to reinvigorate the master Balmoral Quay brand, but also subtly differentiate the products so they could each meet slightly different target markets. We chose a complementary blend of textures and colour palettes that visually distinguished each product, yet still tied them back to the master brand.
