St Ives is an exclusive, boutique neighbourhood, ideally located in the vibrant, established community of Craigieburn.

The name St Ives was taken from the original lot sale. The client wanted to pay homage to the site’s history by keeping the name, and then using the branding to bring in a more contemporary feel.

With only 25 lots within the estate, it was a very premium, exclusive offering, and we wanted the brand to reflect this boutique nature. We created a clean, sophisticated style, with some darker, rich tones chosen to contrast against the already quite saturated market out in Craigieburn, bringing a touch of luxury to the brand.
